Business Techs currently services 2,160 business machines (copiers, printers, and fax machines) in the Tri-County Area, with 1046 copiers under a current service contract. Our sales staff consists of 4 Account Executives with 65 Years of combined sales and customer service experience in the office equipment industry. Our two Business Administrators have been instrumental in ensuring great customer service and timely responses to maintenance requests, supply orders, and account management quality assurance.

Service Offerings

Service and Performance Guarantee

Equipment Guarantee - BUSINESS TECHS extends this performance guarantee for five (5) years from the date of purchase, or the term of agreement when financed through Business Techs. Equipment must be continuously maintained under a BUSINESS TECHS service agreement during the equipment performance guarantee period. This guarantee is not applicable to equipment damage caused by misuse or an act of God.

Replacement Guarantee - If the equipment specified is covered by BUSINESS TECHS' maintenance agreement and becomes un-repairable, we will replace it with a piece of similar or like equipment an no additional charge.

Loaner Protection Plan - If we are unable to repair your equipment within 48 hours of our arrival, we will provide a loaner for your use at no additional cost.
